What greetform is
greetform is a form shown right after someone subscribes, registers or buys. It asks a few quick questions, shows each person offers that fit their answers, and tracks leads and claims.
Its users include newsletters, creators and events. A newsletter operator would use it to learn about new subscribers and sell offers, leads for local businesses or paid spots on an offer wall.
Answers sync to beehiiv, ActiveCampaign and Mailchimp as subscriber fields.
Who it is for
greetform is for newsletters, creators and event organizers. Examples include local media, creators and experts, events, industry newsletters, agencies and paid memberships.
An operator who wants to learn about new subscribers and turn answers into offers or leads would use it. An operator who only needs a general form builder for contact forms or one-off surveys would use a small part of it.
What you can do with it
The form appears right after someone subscribes, registers or buys. It asks short questions, and conditional logic picks the next question from each answer.
Features include inline offer cards, a custom offer wall, branded surveys, custom subscribe pages, lead pages, lead routing and tracking, and a media kit system with audience data. There are three revenue paths: your own products, leads sold to local businesses, and paid offer-wall spots. greetform does not pay its customers.

Things to know before you choose
Each plan has a monthly limit on new subscribers. The API, MCP and webhooks need Growth or higher. The MCP tools can read leads, offers, survey answers and submissions, but cannot publish, edit or delete.
Support differs by plan. Growth has priority support, Scale has white-glove support and setup help, and Enterprise has a dedicated contact. A person must confirm the email and set the password when signing up.
