newsletter tools HQ is operated by Luckiest Man Ventures LLC, doing business as 8th Replay. Headquartered in Williamson County, Texas, in the greater Austin area. You can reach us through the contact form.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and message, when you send us a message, so we can reply.
- Claim form: your name, work email, company and the details you enter about your product, when you claim a page, so we can review and publish it.
- Page and click counts: how many times a tool page was viewed and how many times its website button was clicked. These are totals and are not tied to you.
- Server logs: the address of the page you asked for, the time, and your browser type and IP address, kept by our hosting provider to run and protect the site.
We do not ask you to create an account to read the site.
How we use it
We use it to answer you, to review and publish claimed pages, to see which pages are useful, and to keep the site running. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run the site for us: website hosting, a database, a media host, and form software for the contact form. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
Referral links
Some buttons that lead to another company's website are referral links, and they are labelled. When you follow one, that company may set its own cookies and collect information under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics, we will describe it here first.
How long we keep it
Messages and claim details are kept while we work with you and for up to three years after. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form. We respond within 30 days.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to ask for it to be deleted, and not to be treated differently for asking. We do not sell personal information.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website can promise perfect security.
Changes
We will update this page when what we do changes, and change the date at the top.
