A newsletter operator can use its newsletter editor, templates, A/B testing, workflow builder, landing pages, subscription forms, segments and tags. It also offers a transactional email API and SMTP server.

The Pro plan is priced by contact count and has discounts for six-month and yearly billing.

Growth tools are landing pages and subscription forms, each with analytics. Audience tools are tags, custom fields and segments. Moosend AI includes an AI writer, product recommendations and audience discovery.

Plans and pricing

There are three plans. Pro has unlimited campaigns and sends, automation, landing pages, forms, the AI Writer and an SMTP server. Moosend+ adds options you choose, such as dedicated IPs, transactional emails, custom reports, SSO and extra team members, priced by quote. Enterprise adds an account manager, priority support and deliverability help, also by quote.

Pro is priced by contact count, from 500 up to 1,000,000. Paying every six months saves 15% and paying yearly saves 20%. Pay-as-you-go email credits are also sold.

What it works with

Moosend connects with Salesforce, WordPress, Magento, Zapier and WooCommerce. It also offers the Moosend API, and its integrations need no coding. A full list is linked on the site.

Developers can send email through the SMTP server or the transactional email API. There is also an Agency Program for marketing agencies and an Affiliate Program for people who refer customers. Developers can use the API with their own code.

Things to know before you choose

The free trial lasts 30 days with no credit card. It includes unlimited email sends for up to 1,000 contacts and 2 team members. Pro includes 5 team members.

Moosend counts unique email addresses, so a subscriber on several lists is billed once. The Pro plan's dollar price is not published. Email credits are sold as 350,000 for $350, up to 1,000,000 for $1,000, and they do not expire. Dedicated IPs, transactional email and SSO are not part of Pro.
